About the Campaign
Each year during the time period of August through November, the United Way of Odessa staff and volunteers work hard to raise donations. United Way of Odessa's goal is to enter places of business - large and small, for profit or non-profit and invite employees to give back to their local community. Workplace campaigns foster a sense of connectivity to their place of business and ultimately to other members of the city through the programs United Way of Odessa supports. Through workplace campaigns, thousands of individuals help create lasting change in Ector County and enable us to impact lives. Currently, 46% of the donations raised come from workplace campaigns.
Workplace campaigns are internally run with as much support and resources as required from United Way .
We encourage companies to have the United Way staff come in and present and also include a local community partner . United Way also encourages companies to ramp up their campaign with internal contests and incentives. Campaigns would not function effectively without unique internal coordinators in the organizations planning and making it a success.
If you are interested in scheduling a campaign with United Way of Odessa please contact our office,

Finally, we pledge to ceaselessly identify Ector County's critical needs, assist local partners, oversee the powerful and effective use of donor givings, connect individuals to social service programs, and unite the community toward one common goal. The United Way of Odessa is committed to being a part of the solution and we are creating lasting, positive change in our neighborhoods; we are ensuring that our community is well built and unyielding for everyone who calls it home.
